📦 About Our Boxes
What exactly is in a box?
Each box contains hand-picked vintage clothing from well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Champion and more. The exact items vary per box, but everything is selected for sellability, authenticity and condition. You get a mix of popular sizes (S-XL) and styles that sell fast on platforms like Vinted and marketplaces.
Can I choose which items I receive?
Our boxes are pre-curated for optimal resale. You cannot choose specific items, but you can choose from different categories (Nike Only, Polos, Sweaters, Starter Mix, etc.). Every item is selected to sell quickly with good margins.
Which box should I choose as a beginner?
If you're just starting, we recommend our Resell Starter Box (3-5 pieces). It's affordable, low-risk and gives you a good mix to test. If you already have experience with reselling, you can start directly with our 10-piece boxes for better prices per piece.
What is Grade A quality?
Grade A means items are wearable, clean and in good vintage condition. No major stains, holes or serious damage. Light vintage wear (such as natural fading) is normal and often desired in vintage clothing. All items are resale-ready and ready to photograph and sell.
Are all items truly authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every item is manually checked for authenticity before shipping. We check labels, stitching, materials and other authenticity markers. No fakes, no replicas. If you have doubts about an item, you can always contact us.
💰 Pricing & Profit Margin
How much can I earn per item?
On average you can achieve 150-300% markup, depending on the brand, condition and your selling platform. For example: a Nike hoodie you buy for €8 can sell for €25-40. A Ralph Lauren polo for €10 can bring €30-50. Your profit margin depends on your pricing strategy and how fast you want to sell.
Are there hidden costs?
No. All prices on our website include VAT. What you see is what you pay. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. Within the EU there are no additional customs fees or import duties.
Do I get a discount for larger orders?
Our 10+ and 20+ piece boxes already have a lower price per piece than smaller boxes. For regular bulk orders (50+ pieces) you can contact us for custom pricing.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How fast is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Order before 2 PM? Your package often goes out the same day. You automatically receive a tracking code once your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Within Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2-3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Are there shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs vary per country and are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping from €150 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you receive a tracking code via email to follow your package.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
Currently we only deliver within the EU to avoid customs costs and long delivery times. This keeps our prices low and delivery fast.

Can I return items?
Because we work with vintage wholesale and manually select items for resellers, we do not accept returns on complete boxes. We recommend starting with a smaller box (2-3 pieces) to test our quality before placing larger orders.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Should an item arrive damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll work together to find a solution.
What if I'm not satisfied with the quality?
We stand 100% behind our quality. If you're not satisfied, please contact us. We're happy to help and find a suitable solution.

How fast can I sell my items?
That depends on your platform, pricing and photos. On average our items sell within 1-3 weeks. Popular brands like Nike and Adidas can sell within days if you price and photograph them well. Check our blog for tips on selling fast.
On which platforms can I sell?
Our items are perfect for: Vinted, marketplaces, Depop, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, your own webshop, local markets and pop-up events. Many resellers use multiple platforms simultaneously for maximum sales.
Do I need a VAT number to order?
No! You don't need a VAT number or business registration to order from us. Anyone can order, whether you resell as a hobby or professionally.
Do you offer reseller support or tips?
Yes! We regularly share tips, guides and strategies on our blog. From pricing strategies to photography tips and platform-specific guides. We're happy to help you succeed.
Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?
Currently we don't offer automatic subscriptions, but you can order regularly. Contact us if you're interested in weekly or monthly deliveries — we can discuss custom solutions.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods via Shopify Payments: iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
Is payment secure?

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you automatically receive an invoice via email after your order. You can use this for your administration.
