No Returns

We exclusively supply products intended for resale and trade purposes. All purchases are deemed to be made in the course of a professional or business activity, even if the buyer does not (yet) hold a VAT number or business registration.

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Our boxes consist of unique vintage items, each hand-selected and custom-assembled per order with a focus on quality and resale value.

Due to the custom and lot-based nature of these products, returns and exchanges are excluded.

Check your order

In the event of a serious issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at vintagewholesalemarket@hotmail.com, including clear photos. Without this information, we are unable to assess the claim and it will be considered resolved in accordance with our policy.

Any deviation from this policy is determined solely by us on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not grant any rights. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
